Longevity Certificate (LC) Program
The Canadian Manchester Terrier Club is pleased to offer the Longevity Certificate (LC) in recognition of any Manchester Terrier or English Toy Terrier around the world who has reached the age of 13 years or greater. The goal of this program is to promote longevity in the breed by making it a more visible consideration for breeders and owners.
Once registered, dogs will be added to the list of recipients found on this website and may be added to the breed's online pedigree database (coming soon!). Each dog will also receive a beautiful electronic certificate reflecting their registration as a Longevity Certificate recipient.
Who qualifies?
This program is for everyone! Whether you owned a much loved pet or are a breeder or exhibitor, if you have or had a dog that lived to age 13 or older we want to hear about him/her! The more dogs we have, the better this tool will be (and the more we get to celebrate the dogs we love so much!)
Pedigree Title
Owners of dogs registered for a Longevity Certificate are encouraged to use the suffix LC after their dog's registered name, like this:
Ch My Dog is Awesome, LC
